Something trapped in my eye and its stuck there from last night around 18 hrs. I tried washing my eye with water but was of no help. Probably its the eyelashe. And its very uneasy what should i do.?

See your eye surgeon as soon as possible. The foreign body may be stuck under the lid in a sub tarsal sulcus. Keeping it long may cause a corneal erosion. May be it an erosion only that is troubling you.
