Something strange in my panty liners

I've noticed little black things, almost like small hairs or something, on my panty liners (usually dispersed, sometimes accumulated in one area). I don't think they're part of my discharge but I don't know what they are. Any idea? (I know it's not STD or pregnancy related because I haven't had sex).
