Hi dr I have attached photos below pls check I have burning at times and little pain when I lay down my hand in my armpit area 2 days ago this was not there I had done waxing in underarm area 15 20 days ago I don't know what it is It doesn't feel like a lump rather little thick skin Pls help me diagnose this respected dr No other issue All normal
