I would advise you to visit a general surgeon or your treating gynecologist to take a look at the wound and evaluate your abdomen and back. These following steps may help:
- Maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI(your current BMI is suggestive of you being overweight)
- Correct your posture while sitting, walking, standing and lying down.
- Don't carry very heavy weights, when you do carry weights also carry it for a short time periods and be comfortable.
- Eat healthy and have a balanced diet.
- Get regular exercise to keep your back muscles fit and flexible.
- Avoid prolonged sitting.
- Use proper techniques for lifting (lift with your legs rather than your back).
- Avoid frequent bending and twisting. Especially avoid bending, twisting and lifting at the same time.
- Avoid situations where your spine is vibrated for long periods of time.
- Get enough sleep each day.(Adults require 8 hours of sleep)
