Some red rashes on my son's body

My son is 3 and half months old. He is having read rashes around his chest and stomach from last one week. I have attached the pictures as well. We are using coconut oil and dabur laal tail for massage on his body. Other than this we use johnsons baby powder and soap. What could be the reason and solution?? Please help
