Some rashes on my buttock and thigh area

Hi doctor I am 26 year old male having some rashes on my buttock and thigh area. I am not having any itching problem but it makes my thigh and butt area dark and it is spreading eventually. Please suggest me some treatment to treat this. Thanks in advance
