Some pricky sensation in left nipple.

Past 3-4 days, I am getting this pricky sensation in my left nipple. It doesn't happen through out the day but usually when I lie down on left side. I have taken pain killer but it still persists. What could be the reason. There is no sensation in right one.

Looks like due to hormonal changes.. If it persists u can undergo examination ... Might need some vitamins...
