I take I pill after taking 4days later I got 2-3drops of blood but there is no bleeding n periods but I have so much pain in my stomach.

Due to pill getting pain .In some patient it causes severe cramp like pain due to effect of tablet on uterine muscles.If period is overdue do pregnancy test and meet to doctor.
