Some kind of vaginal infection

I am facing this problem since 7-8 months, there are some bumps on the skin which is between my thighs and vagina. These bumps are very painful and itchy, sometimes they filled with pus also. These bumps come and go in every 4 to 5 days. I have also taken homeopathic and Ayurvedic treatment for this but nothing changed. Please help! Thank you.
