Some buzzing sound in ear

Whenever I am alone I feel a buzzing sound in my right ear every time. So pls give me advice what should I do.

Any noise in ear is known as tinnitus. Different conditions, such as ear wax, fluid in middle ear, Meniere's disease, oto-toxicity, vascular anomalies, 8th. nerve tumor may cause tinnitus. You should be investigated to find the cause and then it can be treated properly. Consult a good ENT specialist  in your locality.

It called tinnitus....Tinnitus involves the annoying sensation of hearing sound when no external sound is present,it could be subjective or objective, high blood pressure , turbulent blood flow , malformed capillary , exposure to high intensity bsound can cause tinnitus , underlying cause should treated consult good ent specialist
