Some issue with my vocal chords just not going away since almost 4 weeks. I am starting to worry now. If I should do scanning.

Hello What are your symptom??? Have u hoarse voice?? Pain while speaking? Need to take history in detail. Vocal cords has to be involved for sure but proper history required
