Hi. Greetings. Ichthyosis means fish like skin. Do you see such fish like skin and scales in your body? If not its just dryness. You'll need to use regularly a good moisturiser like olesoft max or emoderm over entire body son after bath. Do this Regularly. See a dermatologist near you if necessary.
