It's important to know what's going on with the shoulder!!
Good to rule out any fractures or tears
If there's no fracture or severe strain of any muscles or ligaments avoid any drastic movements or lifting weights
Do not stop the movement completely because it may lead to stiff and frozen shoulder
It's a cycle of pain stiffness pain stiffness ultimately leading to frozen and stiff shoulder.
