Hi On Saturday 14 I had severe cough and cold.running nose throughout the day.But i had to travel alot when i reached home evening same day.i started having fever which rose upto 102 and remain constant.I had paracetamol i reduces for some time then again increses so i had had nice along with paracetamol so my fever went.But next day sunday morning it again reappeared.i followed the same medication.the fever was under control.On Monday i started to have upset stomach and soar throat with a pain.My tonsils are swelled and very painful.Is it just a viral fever or tonsillitis or something else
