I took 2 mg Valium tablets they weren’t mine on Saturday and now I’ve been getting stomach cramps and not been hungry and when I do eat I feel sick for 5 or 10 minuets with a soar belly I took the tablets when I was drunk

You have got severe gastritis .Do not eat masala and sour things.Take antacid tablet and syrup.Drink plenty of water.
