Hello,.., Blood group is not the cause for all these problem ..From how long do you have this problem ??Dysmenorrhea could be primary or secondary .. Primary dysmenorrhea is without cause ,have to manage with pain killers. Secondary dysmenorrhea is due to underlying cause like infection, adenomyosis, pelvic adhesion etc..
