I was walking on the road and i was not focus for a while so while walking my feet got scratched by a rusty iron rod. Slight puncture, even blood is not flowing outside just if I push the skin enough then only the opening is visible( nit that I'm pushing), slight blood impression inside the skin. Do I need tetanus for this? After half n hour I washed and applied boroplus on it as well. Please let me know if it is required. I had a accident because of which I think I had taken tetanus(within 10 years). Please let me know.
