You have allergic rhinitis.. you must use a mask whenever you go outside.. Avoid going into dusty and polluted places.. A complete allergy work up is needed.. For symptomatic relief you can have an antiallergic.. like levocetrizine 5 mg

U r having allergic Rhinitis... U have to avoid allergens Please take - Tab . Telekast L 1 tab HS N/s flutiflo 2 puff BD Steam inhalation x 3 times a day

Seems u are allergic. For instant relief u can take Tablet Levocetrizine 5mg. Later u shd consult an ENT specialist for detailed assessment
