Sneezing,Cough,Gas troubl

Hi, I have been suffering from sneezing and cough for a long time.I m dependent on anti allergic tabs like allegra-m,cetzine,nasal spray to control it but as soon as i stop after few days the problems starts again. Also facing gas issues whatever i eat turn into gas. Pls suggest whether it can be cured permanently.

hello der you have to increase your immunity by doing exercise practicing meditation and breathing exercise wear a face mask to avoid the allergen and for gas problem have food on time drink more water avoid spicy foods consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
