Hi Sir/Madam, Pharma Regulatory affairs dept in hitech city, travelling to office before lockdown. I have sneezing problem since more than 10 years. Not daily, monthly 2 or 3 times but heavily. For this, I am taking Cetrizine tab. Sneezing problem 1. due to dust, 2. early morning mouths bad smell, 3. after eating gas expels from the mouth so it goes to my nose (due to this also, I get sneezing). 4. Now a days due to fear, I am sneezing. Due to above reasons, i will sneeze throughout the day with runny nose. Please suggest me.

U are most likely  allergic to dust mite, use of mask, avoid dusty places, frequent cleaning of nose with salt water will flush out dust from nasal mucosa.
