Which oils should I apply for snapping hip and knee minuscus grade II tear. How should I apply. Can I come out of snapping hip in ayurveda. Coz I am suffering from past 10 months. Pls give me d solution.

Regular application of muruvenna , ashwagandha bala lakshadi taila help in heeling the injury inside joints. If you are not getting results consult ayurveda doctor for medicines and panchakarma treatments

Hi...  The problem you are facing can be solve by Ayurveda. Please consult Ayurvedic Physician near by you and Start treatment early, there are two types of treatment ie ; medecinal & panchkarma. For Time being you can start medicine like- 1.Balarishta( Dhootpapeshwar) 4 tsp medecine+ 4 tsp water mix it & take thrice a day. Bruhat vatchintamani ras 1-1 tab with ashwagandharashita 4 tsp + 4 tsp water morning & evening. Apply shatavari oil & murivenna oil Alternatly to hip & Knee 4 times a day

You can try Murivenna oil for Dhara over hip,  initially dont go for massage. Better to consult Ayurvedic physician.
