Smoking is having bad effect on baby most important is intrauterine growth retardation.Smoking also causes  sometimes antepartum haemorrhage.First confirm for pregnancy either by urine or blood.

Smoking twice should not have immediate effect on pregnancy. Smoking in pregnancy has negative effects on baby like growth restriction and mother can have bleeding problem, etc. Do a urine pregnancy test if in doubt and refrain from smoking.
