I started smoking 5 months ago, in total of that time I have smoked about 50 cigs. I want to stop now , I'm not addicted to it but my question is will those 50 or less cigs harm my body in future ?

Unlikely to have caused any serious damage, but this should not be an excuse to start again. Many addicts begin similarly in a small way & ultimately fall for it.
Next Steps
A firm decision not to restart will take you a long way towards a healthy life.
Health Tips
Be so busy that you don't find time for smoking. Develop a healthy life style. Once you enjoy the benefits of a healthy life, you will not go back.

Though single cigarettes can harm your body theoretically it is unlikely to be significant enough to worry. Usually dreaded complications of smoking occur because of long term smoking. Since you are smoking for only short time you should be normal after quitting
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist or pulmonologist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
