I'm 23 years old, I smoked for 4 years on an average of 2 cigerate per day now I quit smoking Can Cancer infect me or not?? How can I clean my lungs ?? To reduce nicotine in my lungs Pls guide me

At your age, the amount of smoking history that you give, would not predispose you to cancer. But QUIT SMOKING. Consult for any further query.
