Hi my 1 month old baby having bad smell in left ear,smell coming inside hole,, i cleaned the ear now smell reduced,, she vomiting b milk (little drops) the milk  some time goes inside ear, morning i  put powder outer ear area.,now the powder turns yellow color,its the infection, and what i have to do.

You must be giving milk feed in wrong position of the baby. Doing so will cause milk to enter baby's ear and cause infection
