I am 27 year old married guy and I am finding a sticky substance surrounding around my penis (smegma - searched the name on google). I wanted to know how can I get it cleaned, I am unable to pull my skin back and also when there is more smegma around I get a scratching and itching sensation. I am planning to have a baby, will this smegma affect my sexual relation ship? Please advise some medication. Thank you
