My 2.4 yr old son penis is easily retractable there will be smegma collection in his penis... Whitish collection .. it can be washed and after washing it will be gone... I visited doctor he told to clean it... Is it harmful... Smegma will be collecting after cleaning... Is it harmful doctor told its normal physiological secretion
