I have many small white marks on skin back neck shoulder. Its there for long time and increasing. Please suggest.

The first possibility is a fungal infection called pityriasis versicolor. If it persists and is pinkish white, it could b vitiligo. Use Itraconazole capsule 200mg once a day for 05 days and apply ketoconazole cream twice a day for a month and revert
