It's been 2 months small white dots on penis is appearing initially i ignored them though it will get heal naturally but not, i applied mustard oil with garlic on dots that worked and reduce and dots but i want to remove them permanently because i am not able to have sex properly. when my dick gets hard i am not able to pull foreskin its hurt. please let me know the permanent solution.
