Hello, Please help me out regarding a small vsd surgery or device closure. I am a lower middle class family. I would like to know what will be the approx cost for the same.

Small VSD depending on the size and symptoms requires closure. Device closure can be done safely if the size and characteristics fit for this. If device closure not possible, has to go for open surgical closure.
