Hey I have arcuate shaped 1 horn uterus with open fallopian tubes. My uterus size is 56 mm * 38 mm. My uterus size is small for pregnancy? I am 28 and trying to conceive from last 3 years. Please suggest.

Usually arcuate uterus shouldn't create a problem in conceiving, but if you hv only single tube than that cn cause problems in conceiving. Its better for you to get an MRI or a laproscopy , hysteroscopy done and consult a gynaecologist preferrably an infertility specialist
