Small umblical hernia

Recently I was diagnosed with an umbilical hernia small reducible. Normal sonography. And had hypoparathyroidism following total thyroidectomy. What should I do? wait and watch is the right approach?

Small reducible and asymptomatic hernia can be conserved. But if the defect is large or you have symptoms, then better to get operated.
