Hi All, I am having a very small size 2 boils on my scrotum skin testis area for the past 6 months with no pain, only if touch them very minute pain is there ..i left it as i thought it will go off automatically but it's still there after 6 months Iam getting married so worried about this..is there any treatment with tablets and ointments, If i hold them in hand its like a small round ball inside . Pictures attached for reference.

that is steatocytoma multiplex nodule. it will NOT resolve with creams..and it will NOT resolve on its own.. you will have to be surgically removed. hope this is helpful .
