Hello, what you have to do with large testicles, even hydrocoele patient have very large testicles. Your sexual ability is not related with your dize of testicles unless they are functioning normall. Testicles have to produce sperm and hormones testosterone and unless both of these are normal then there is no issue of testicle size.
