I have been masturbating since 2008 and my penis has become small in size 4 cm as it was earlier more than 7-8 cm and is erects for very short duration and ejaculates very fast even i can't control from ejaculating. I am unable to satisfy my partner as it starts ejaculating when i insert into vagina

Hello Masturbation doesn't causes any weakness or sexual dysfunction contrary to popular belief. Penis size can't reduce nor can it be increased. Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation can be treated and several treatment options are available. Consult a sexologist in person for evaluation and treatment.
