Igot 4 small almost round shaped scaly non itchy lesions in my neck 3 days back. Now there is no redness after applying surfaz sn. But lesions are there.

Hi thanks for the query..goingby your description it looks like Fungal infection.fungal infections have become very resistant due to abuse of antifungal drugs sold over the counter.kindly send me pictures to help me verify the lesions and start a Treatment for you.thank you.
