Small round hard thing on left testicle

I've had a small spherical shaped thing on my left testicle. It is completely painless but i've had it since more than 1.5 years. Not sure what it is and not consulted any urologist or dermatologist. Please see photo.

I think it's a sebaceous cyst. I hope u don't have any symptoms,rather then only cosmetically.but examination and usg testis is important. U can consult us
