Small pimple inside nose

I have small pimple inside left nostril I have observed this around 8 months before. In between this period I don't think I have felt that again. But recently i am feeling it. It is painless and small. Should i worry of cancerous growth? I don't smoke or drink either. I have throat pain though but previous doctors that is because acidic reflux. Please guide me through. I am freaking a lot by this

If its painful swelling..could be furunculosis If its painless swelling- biopsy Sometimes people consider inferior turbinate as swelling....

Pimple inside nose technically called as Furunculosis / Vestibulitis nose. Usually painful, It will subside in a week to 10 days. Nose pricking might be the reason. Some times inferior turbinate will look like swelling inside nose, which is painless.

Please meet a Head & Neck Surgeon to examine your nose, get some PNS CT scans, take a punch biopsy and do histopathological study of the tissue to rule out cancers. Painless growths are the most scary to a doctor!
