I HAVE LIKE SMALL PIMPLE LIKE SHAPE INSIDE MY NECK IT IS ONLY PAINFUL IF I TOUCH IT BUT I CAN STILL SWALLOW.

Though your question is not very clear you may be looking at tonsils inside your throat or you may be looking at enlarged cervical lymph node. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
