How can endocrinology help in penis size treatment? Is it based upon some hormone therapy? I am 43 years old and have penis size of 4.5 inches when fully erected and 2 inches when flaccid. It is genetic but shrunk due to excessive masturbation. I am very much depressed due to girth also. It is very thin. I am suffering with erectile dysfunction also. Attached is the Penile Doppler test report.  Kindly guide.

4.5 inches of penile length is adequate for intercourse.. But more to that for erectile dysfunction u need to consult Endocrinologist for detailed history and examination and appropriate hormonal investigations...
