My 5 years child have small penis compares to others children of same age and no erection while urinating and his weight is 38 kg .

Hi ...he seems to be overweight for his age .. typically a 5 yr boy weighs around 20 kg ...what is his height ? Also the penis may not be seen fully if the child is obese ...pls see a nearby Pediatrician or Pediatric Endocrinologist for further evaluation...
