Small, painless bumps on penile shaft

Back in August i had unprotected sex. Just a few days ago I've noticed a few, small white bumps on the top of my penile shaft. I do not believe that they're pimples. They aren't uncomfortable at all and there isn't any sort of redness or any other symptoms that are associated with STD's. Should i go to a doctor and get checked up?
