Small pain in testicles

I am getting small pain in testicles while I do any movement (only during walk). I thought it's because of 150km ride on a bike which I went thru recently. Need some medication for to reduce this pain. I didn't see any swelling.

Mostly it is because of pressure over testes while long drive, can take painkillers for couple days. If you will continue to have testicular pain then undergo USG scrotum to rule out epididymitis or orchitis.
