Hello I assume you are talking about puncta These are normal and very important part of lacrimal passage You can also see two such openings in upper lid also

It's called punctual.and is a normal thing. However please share a close up pic of your eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision or consult an ophthalmologist nearby
