Many hard small lumps occur inside my lower lip. I was chewing tobacco since 1 year. I stopped chewing tobacco from 6 months. But they still remain. 1 year ago I was also suffering from leukoplakia for 2 months. At present time outer layer of my lower lip is clear. But lumps are still remain as it is. And I fell that there no are increasing. I see many doctors but they say nothing about it. I am very tensed. Intra oral ultrasound is possible. If yes .. where is it possible ..?
