Hello, I am writing to inquire about the reason behind a small pea size lump on one of my testicles. There is also a slight swelling in the other testicle. This has been there for a few months now and it hurts at times causing a lot of discomfort especially when I sleep. I've read that it could be testicular torsion or even testicular cancer. Can you please advice me? Also, I am planning to go to a good doctor in Delhi regarding this condition, could you please suggest someone? Thank you so much.
