Dear doctor , There is lump in my left testicle since 4,5 years, but there was no side affect of that but now I feel very uncomfortable due to that  because how can I  treat it I feel low now and I used to masturbate since 7,8 years is there any connection between lump and masturbation. Pls provide solution of above.
