Im getting small holes like pimples scars..automatically. On forehead, cheeks & chin.it becomes darker n deep. Also hav spreaded hyper pigmentation on hands, shoulder &full legs

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Since its a skin related issue, we cannot say anything without seeing the lesions.
