I have diagnosis small fiber neuropathy cause of b12 deficiency it's curabale.plese help me sir I am facing electronic shock type effects in the body.plese tell me it's curable

Yes it's curable. Usually Vit B12 is plentiful in food like organ meats, eggs, fish etc. But provided if you are vegan or vegetarian in anyway, then I would suggest better have vitamin b12 supplement. You will recover but it might take sometime to really see the effects.
