Hi Good Afternoon Doctor. Small dry particles were found falling all the time from my ears and at times I can't hear properly. I wanted to check if there is any problem or if I can get rid of this problem wax cleaning?

Small particles of dried wax especially found near the opening of ear canal are usually secondary to Dermatological problems such a seborrheic dermatitis. If you suffer from dry skin and dandruff like problems then it is directly related to ear problems. You can apply anti fungal with steroid cream such as candid B
